Can someone help me make this into a PCB?

The schematic is very close to a pcb pattern. Get your circuit board and lay it out the same as the picture. Connect all your legs using the length of the various parts. The link to the original plans has a picture of the back side of the circuit board. Copy that design. Hope that helps?
