Can it just be me or can he be.....?

Me & my bf have been in fights so much this past couple months due to him & his stupidity ever since i got pregnant we've argued & i dont trust him. The thing is today he called me from work & in da middle of the conversation he said hold on & i can hear him txt someone so first thing i thought was who can he be txt at 5am. Then he talks about wanting to go car ssearching & i asked when he said right after work & when i told him is it that important u need to go right away he raised his voice & said i got nothing else to do i was sadden because he has a family & didnt even ask if i can come along so i keep thinking he definetly cheating and or meeting up with someone he said i love you & i took a while to say it & he said oh u dont love me & i said if i didnt i wouldnt be with you & usually when a person accuses the other is cuz they actually feel like that & he said i must be full of **** if i think like that
