Do i really need these to push 10psi or more?

i went to a performance shop yesterday, cause i want to get a turbo installed on my prelude 95 h22. Now, i understand that u need to re-do your internals to run more then 8psi..im thinking of pushing 10 or 12 psi. Now, they tell me that all i need to to is get eagle rods and these pistons which are made for forced induction but they go with my stock sleeves, pretty much eliminating the bore and re-sleeving process. is worth it? go with it? u think my engine will blow up eventually? cause they told me that they did this type of set up b4 and had no problems. Then someone else told me to replace all these: sleeves ,camshaft and gears, head gasket, retainers, valves, valve springs, pistons, rods..what do u think? i just want to know before i blow money on something thats not even worth it..thanks
