TEXAS Law Question...DWLI?

I was arrested for "DWLI Enhanced" misdemeanor B (due to a previous DWI conviction in 2007) in Lee County, Texas. What kind of fine/penalty can I expect from this offense? What is a lesser, reasonable charge that I can argue down to at my court appearance and how do I go about doing so? I am not obtaining a lawyer due to finances yet am weary about using the free small town local lawyers. I reside in Travis County so I am an out-of-towner to Lee County lawyers.
