Waiter brought the bill before we asked for it?

Yes, that was extremely rude! They should let you finish your meal and leave when you are ready. I don't care if the restaurant is closing, just let your customers finish their meal and enjoy it! (Then they might actually leave you the tip they were going to or come back). How rude to get kicked out of a restaraunt!
