Is there a way to learn how to sing higher notes?

I've been trying to sing "Green Finch and Linet Bird" from Sweeney Todd but I cannot get past the first 2 stanzas because it gets too high. I would love to be able to sing the whole song! I too voice lessons for a while but stopped, I would really just like something online that could help me learn
