I own an 07 3.5sl altima n need 2 know how 2 get full access 2 all my 4n and navi sys func while driving.?

for safety reasons, the system wouldn't let you use it while the car is moving. Not sure if someone seats next to you, and they are the one operating the system, that might be a different. I own a Murano with Navi, it wouldn't work while the car is moving.
