First pet bird help me?

Stick with budgies/parakeets. They are low maintenance. They're not as loud as lovebirds. Lovebirds screech loudly. Parakeets can be very social and show their love for you. Not all are like that though. Some are kind of shy or scared. Just accept and love them for who they are. You can learn to finger tame the budgies. Remember to get their wings cut so they don't fly all over the house and hurt themselves. It's true that finches don't like to be handled, as I have 2 of them. They're quieter than the budgies. Budgies can sometimes get a little loud, more so if there's more than 1 bird. Good luck!
