NBA rookie of the year?

Okey so it is still early in the season but who do you think will take rookie of the year. My bet is on Rudy Fernandez, he can play both guard positions, has great size, good defense, good shooter, very athletic, and quick first step, all he needs is some more muscle. He is just electric in games, my second choice would have to be Derrick Rose, he is very athletic i just don't know how complete he is. So what do you think. Thanks
