If u can produce proof that u have been living separated for more than 6 months,than apply for divorce.But before u do that tell your wife to talk to u alone but at a public place.See what she wants.But i think u should leave her otherwise you could have problem and also make sure that your parents get in touch with your local police station for witness.She can put or make problem for your parents while they r in india on the ground of dowry.
