I want to convert to Hindu religion.Help me please!?

I am born and brought as muslim. I know all about Islam and lived as a perfect muslim until my 35 age. Now Iam around 45. I don't want to continue among muslim community. It is a rubbish religion.Through the profound learning of ancient Bharatheeya philosophy and Vedas, I think Hindu religion is more realistic and humanistic. It is fit even in the scientific age but Semetic religions will never suit. Please suggest me any organisation that i can aproach for the same. Iam very serious about it.
