I'm not exactly sure if im considered Menopausal?

Im 21 years old and had leukemia I had to receive total body radiation and now I am not able to have children because the radiation has killed all my ovarian cells, so it was explained to me like im going through menopause I stopped getting my period and now hot flashes have begun, but what im wondering is should I be on a higher calcium or such sort diet as many menopausal or post menopausal are?
