I don't have the guts to kiss her , what do you think?

I'm 17 and had just one relationship . I was walking in the park and a girl ped by me and we both looked back , she smiled we started to talk and the next day we hooked up . She was 20 btw. After 4 days she introduced me to her friends that where kinda weird ''major crackheads'' and then she asked me for money to buy some legal drugs , I said no , it's a waste of money , buy weed if you must and she just started to call me an idiot and stuff like that . I got angry and left , she never called me.So , there is this girl , haven't talked to her in years , I just started hanging out with her and she came to my place in weekends to listen to music and talk . She is the tester type , 2 boyfriends at once , allot of fbuddies all over 20 . She is 17 like me. I mean she is leaning on my shoulder all the time and we have some momments but I don't have the guts to go in for a kiss when I'm thinking that she has all those guys and mby she just wants a friend. I know that its kinda obvious that she is coming at my place the whole weekend for 2 weeks because she likes me , but last night when i walked her home we started to talk about fbuddies and I told her : well I really want a serious relationship , or if not just a fbuddy relationship with no checking where u are with who you are and all that stuff , because atm I never met a girl that wants a serious relationship and it's pointless to start caring about somewone if they are just gonna get bored of you. Then she said ah well you know I have the perfect girl for you in my cl , she just wants all the time and no relationship . This kinda sucks she already started to treat me as a friend .. I think.. So what should I do ? My last attempt to hit on a girl went bad , and on that relationship with the 20 year old girl , well she did all the job and I went with the flow . I suck on hitting on girls myself . Any tips?
