Best PDA for medical practice???

Best bet, if you're sure you want a Treo over a BlackBerry, is to get the newest phone running Windows OS 6. I know a few physicians that use the new LG from Verizon (white with a touch screen and a navigational on at the bottom) as well as many more using BlackBerry devices. However, the Treo seems to be less than reliable yet still very popular. It's not the worst phone on the market by a long shot but the 755 and 655 are the newest models and, I've been told, are the least buggy when compared to their predecessors.
