Am I eating too little?
Yes you are eatting too little. You will actually burn more calories if you eat more. You are supposed to have 5 small meals a day.. breakfast, mid-morning snack, lunch, mid afternoon snack, & dinner. I know you said you go to the gym right from work but the best thing to do would be to eat before working out, that way you have fuel to burn. If you eat when you get home that is fine too because your body is still going. Just be a bit more careful with what you eat afterwards because your body is like a sponge after working out. It will just absorb whatever you eat.
