I'm trying Atkins for a second time. The first time I lost 40 pounds, but as soon as I got off it & started eating the bad way I used to, I gained it all back plus 12 more pounds. This time, I want to try to do all phases of Atkins, instead of going from Phase 1 (Induction) to eating bad again. Anyone had success with keeping the weight off with Atkins?
